Assessment Billings

Ahead of each annual assessment due date Highland Lakes will send billing invoices. These invoices outline the payment amount, due date, and available payment methods.  It is important that all owners keep their profile information in the portal up-to-date for billings and other communication.  Electronic delivery will be the primary method of HOA communication with owners.

To avoid late fees, homeowners are responsible for ensuring payments are received on or before the due date.  Setting up auto-draft through the resident portal is the most reliable way to avoid missed payments.
