LATE FEE AND REMOVAL REQUEST
A late fee is assessed on all accounts that remain unpaid after the established grace period. This fee offsets administrative costs associated with processing and following up on delinquent accounts.

- A standard late fee, as defined in the Association’s bylaws, applies to all overdue balances.
- Continued delinquency may result in additional fees or legal action.
- Late fees are not automatically removed and are subject to the Board’s discretion.
- Late notice is issued once overdue
