Signage

General Sign requirements

Per the deed restrictions for Highland Lakes, no signs of any kind may be displayed on any lot, except for one temporary sign not exceeding two feet by two feet (2’ x 2’) advertising the property for sale or rent, a sign used by the builder to advertise the property during the construction sales period, or any signs that cannot legally be restricted.

This rule is not intended to restrict the use of welcome signs, landscaping signs designating seasonal features, or school spirit signs displayed on a property. The rule is intended to prohibit signs that advertise or promote an event or otherwise convey a message.

Any questions related to this policy should be directed to the management company.
