ARC Compliance Rule

Any exterior modification or improvement made to a property without first submitting and
receiving written approval through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) application
process will result in an automatic fine of $250. Additionally, if a project is completed in a
manner that does not align with the approved ARC application, a $250 fine will also be
automatically assessed.

You can submit an ARC Request through the owner portal portal.cpscolumbus.com by
going to ‘Requests’ then under Submit a Request choose ‘ARC Request’. You must do this
prior to starting any projects, modifications or alterations to anything on your lot.
