COLLECTIONS & DELINQUENCIES
Assessment is vital to maintaining Highland Lakes’ shared amenities and community operations. When accounts become past due, the HOA follows a structured Collections Policy to ensure fairness and accountability.
COLLECTION PROCESS:
Delinquency Notice: Sent if payment remains unpaid after the grace period.
Formal Collection: If unresolved, the account may be referred to legal counsel or a collection agency as outlined in the governing documents.
