Highland Lakes governing documents, Association rules and policies can provide guidance relating to the requirements for an Architecture Review Request (ARC).  The following document outlines the application process for architectural control modifications.  Please note that failure to submit an ARC application before beginning a project will result in an automatic $250 fine.  Review the PDF for details about the application.
