HLA ARC Procedure

Highland Lakes governing documents, Association rules and policies can provide guidance relating to the requirements for an Architecture Review Request (ARC).  To simplify this process for Highland Lakes homeowners, new procedures have been adopted effective May 1, 2026.  The new procedures can be found here.

Please note that failure to submit an ARC application before beginning a project will result in an automatic $250 fine.  Review the PDF for details about the application.
