Highland Lakes is known for its pristine appearance, elegant architecture, and consistent attention to detail. To maintain this aesthetic harmony, the community follows a set of well-defined Property Standards.  Highland Lakes governing documents, Association rules and policies can provide guidance relating to the requirements for an Architectural Review Request (ARC).  Please note that failure to submit an ARC application before beginning a project will result in an automatic $250 fine.  Refer to the Architecture Review Section of this website for additional information.
