Assessment Calculations

The annual assessment amount is calculated based upon the estimated total annual budget and is then shared equally by each lot owner, as specified in the deed restrictions for each lot owned within Highland Lakes.  Funds are applied internally to budget allocations for Operating and Reserve Budgets necessary to maintain routine operations of the community.

Assessment is $410 annually.
