How to Locate Your Deed Restrictions?
To locate the deed restrictions for your particular address, follow these steps:
- 1. Open the document 00 - Highland Lakes Section Listing.pdf (this should open a PDF in a new tab in your browser).
- 2. Search the document for your address (use Ctrl + F on Windows or Cmd + F on Mac).
- 3. Once you locate your address, scroll up to the header for that section.
- 4. Note the section your address is in (e.g., Highland Lakes East, Section 3-1 or Section 3, Part (1).
- 5. Come back to this tab/page and scroll through the Master list of Declarations (below) until you find the one that matches your section.
- 6. Once located, that document contains your official declarations for download or reference.
